Daros, Inc. (“Daros”, “we”, “us”) provides a platform that turns screen recordings into interactive, voice-based AI demos. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers daros.ai, app.daros.ai, and demos embedded on our customers’ websites.

Information we collect

Account data — name, email, and organization details you provide when you sign up.
Content you upload — screen recordings, narration audio, transcripts, knowledge-base documents, and the demos generated from them.
Demo conversations — when a viewer talks to an embedded demo, we process the audio to generate responses and store transcripts for the demo owner’s analytics.
Lead information — details a viewer chooses to share through a demo’s qualifying form (e.g. name, email, company), collected on behalf of the demo owner.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser information, collected via cookies subject to your consent choices.

How we use it

To provide, operate, and improve the Daros platform.
To generate AI narration and conversational responses from the content you upload.
To deliver leads and conversation analytics to demo owners.
To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
To measure marketing performance (with your cookie consent).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded content to train foundation AI models.

Processors and subprocessors

We rely on vetted service providers to run the platform, including cloud hosting and storage, speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers, large-language-model providers, payment processing (Stripe), CRM and scheduling (HubSpot), error monitoring (Sentry), and analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Viewer conversations

If you interact with a Daros demo embedded on a customer’s site, the demo owner is the data controller for the conversation and any details you submit; Daros processes that data on their behalf. Microphone access is always opt-in and indicated in the widget.

Data retention and deletion

Content and conversation data are retained while your account is active. You can delete demos, recordings, and leads from the dashboard at any time; deletion requests for account data can be sent to legal@daros.ai and are honored within 30 days.

International transfers and your rights

Our primary data region is the EU (Frankfurt). Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing — contact legal@daros.ai to exercise them.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site’s storage in your browser.
