Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Daros platform provided by Daros, Inc. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Daros on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Daros converts screen recordings and narration into interactive, voice-based AI demos that can be embedded on your websites and shared via hosted pages. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.

Your content

You retain all rights to the recordings, documents, and other content you upload. You grant Daros a limited license to host, process, and transform that content solely to provide the service — including transcription, AI narration, and conversational responses. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for the accuracy of content your demos present.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• No demos that impersonate another person or company without authorization.
• No attempts to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the underlying AI systems.
• No collection of viewer data beyond what your qualifying forms disclose.

AI output

Demo responses are generated by AI grounded in your content. While the system is designed to stay within the material you provide, AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing published demos and for any commitments they communicate to your viewers.

Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Voice-minute overage is billed at the published rate. Trials convert only if you subscribe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time; we will delete your content per the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daros’s aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
